Keep production moving.
Give your team a clear view of what to make, what’s ready, and what needs attention.
Talk about your operation
The work changes. Your software should keep up.
Special orders, changing priorities, and disconnected spreadsheets make a production plan hard to trust. We build and customize the tools between your planning system and the people doing the work.
- Production planning and work-order tracking
- Shop-floor data capture and operator interfaces
- Quality checks and nonconformance workflows
- Lot, batch, and serial-number traceability
- Materials availability and production reporting
Start with one production workflow.
A discovery map, a prioritized scope, and a working release your operators can try. We agree on acceptance criteria before development and plan training, access controls, and support around the rollout.
How we workQuestions from
the operation.
Can you work with our existing ERP or MRP?
Yes. We first review the interfaces, data quality, and permissions your systems make available. We then agree on an integration approach and clear ownership for each data field.
How do you avoid disrupting production?
We plan a bounded pilot, test against representative data, and agree on a fallback before rollout. Your production team helps define when and how a change can go live.
Can we extend the software later?
That is part of the design conversation. We document the data model and interfaces, prioritize follow-up work with you, and agree on source-code and maintenance arrangements in the project contract.
